BASSFEST X SWARMZ

Self negotiated project

I set myself this project brief to create a collaboration between Bassfest 2020 and the rap artist Swarmz. I have always had a passion for t-shirt design and print - so I decided to do something I love and apply this technique to something of personal interest. I was meant to attend the Bassfest festival which was cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak. I collect t-shirts and other memorabilia from events and was looking forward to add to my collection. My design approach for this project was for Unisex; 18-24 year olds. I used generative design to translate Swarmz' song 'Lyca' into image - which makes this design unique and a limited edition design for this collaboration.
